Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of PVMS Drugs as per the detailed schedule in DP-2 form. This procurement is specifically for the Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot and related medical facilities in Islamabad and Karachi.

- Ipratropium Bromide Inhaler 4,000 units
- Salbutamol 100 MCG Inhaler 25,000 units
- Salbutamol Syrup 9,000 units
- Aspirin 75 MG Tablets/Capsules 2,500,000 units
- Amlodipine 5 MG Tablets/Capsules 1,200,000 units
- Atenolol 50 MG Tablets/Capsules 150,000 units
- Atorvastatin 10 MG Tablets/Capsules 1,200,000 units
- Atorvastatin 20 MG Tablets/Capsules 1,200,000 units

The technical scope includes supply of brand new medicines with minimum shelf life requirements, proper packaging, and compliance with national and international standards including GMP and DGDP registration. Inspection will be conducted by Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot at Karachi and Islamabad. Delivery period is from 1st July 2027 to 30th June 2028 on a supply order basis.
Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with DGDP or willing to register, possess valid licenses, GMP certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Earnest money must be submitted as per tender conditions. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage Two Envelope system with technical offers evaluated first.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes at Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Bahria Gate, Near SNID Centre, Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad by 21 October 2026 at 1030 hours. Technical offers will be opened the same day at 1100 hours. Late submissions will be rejected.
