Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of PVMS Drugs as per the detailed schedule in DP-2 form. This procurement is for the Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot and related medical facilities in Islamabad and Karachi.

The technical scope includes supply of brand new medicines conforming to PVMS/NIV specifications with minimum shelf life requirements, proper packaging, and compliance with national and international standards. Delivery is scheduled from 1st July 2027 to 30th June 2028 on a supply order basis. Inspection will be conducted by Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot at Karachi and Islamabad. Firms must be registered or willing to register with DGDP and comply with all tax and regulatory requirements including FBR ATL registration.
Earnest money must be submitted as per category with a maximum ceiling depending on firm registration status. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes with separate technical and commercial offers following the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The tender will be opened on 27 October 2026 at 1100 hours at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad. Late bids will not be accepted.
