Supply of PVMS Drugs for Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of PVMS Drugs as per the detailed schedule in DP-2 form. This procurement is specifically for the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad. Items being procured: - 120MG + RIFAMPICIN + INH + 60MG + ETHAMBUTOL + 225MG + PYRAZINAMIDE 300MG TAB/CAP (50,000 units) - CLAVULANIC ACID + AMOXYCILLIN PLAIN MG CLAVULANIC ACID + SYP/SUSP (45,000 units) - CLAVULANIC ACID + AMOXYCILLIN PLAIN (DS) SYP/SUSP (40,000 units) - CLAVULANIC ACID + AMOXYCILLIN PLAIN 625 MG TAB/CAP (2,000,000 units) - CLAVULANIC ACID + AMOXYCILLIN PLAIN 600 MG VIAL (15,000 units) The technical scope includes supply of medicines conforming to PVMS/NIV nomenclature with required shelf life and packaging standards. Delivery period is from 1st July 2027 to 30th June 2028. The medicines must be stamped 'NOT FOR SALE, PNMSD USE ONLY' and comply with national and international standards including cold chain requirements where applicable. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered or willing to register with DGDP, possess valid licenses, GMP and ISO certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Earnest money in the form of CDR is mandatory and must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. Bids must be submitted in three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer (in duplicate), Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
