Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors registered with income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of PVMS Drugs as per the detailed schedule in DP-2 form. This procurement is for the Pakistan Navy Medical Stores Depot and related medical facilities in Islamabad and Karachi.

- Chlorhexidine 4% + Gluconate + Povidone-Iodine Surgical Scrub (5,000 bottles)
- Formaldehyde (800 liters)
- Povidone Iodine 10% Solution (12,000 bottles)
- Rectified Alcohol (500 liters)
- Anti-D Human Injection 300 UG Amp/Vial (700 units)
- Calcium Supplement 210 MG / Syrup / 5 ML Suspension (60,000 units)
- Hydrogen Peroxide (700 liters)
- Normal Saline (Sodium Chloride) 0.90% Nasal Drops (30,000 units)
- Paraffin (500 liters)
- Methylated Spirit (3,000 liters)
- Zinc Oxide Powder (300 kg)
- Salicylic Acid (150 kg)
- Ear Drops Polymyxin B Sulphate + Lignocaine HCL + Propylene Glycol (30,000 units)
- Ear Drops Polymyxin B Sulphate/Neomycin Sulphate/Hydrocortisone Acetate (34,000 units)
- Nasal Drops Betamethasone 0.10% (20,000 units)
- Xylometazoline Spray (30,000 units)
- Nebulizers Chloramphenicol Eye Drops 0.50% (20,000 units)

The technical scope includes supply of medicines with proper shelf life, packaging, and compliance with national and international standards. Delivery is scheduled from 1st July 2027 to 30th June 2028. Firms must be registered with DGDP or willing to register, and comply with all regulatory and quality requirements including GMP certification, ISO certification, and valid licenses. Earnest money in the form of CDR is required as per category of firm. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing technical and commercial offers separately, following the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.
The tender documents are available at the Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad, and can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website. Bids must be delivered to Tender Box No. 206 at DP (Navy) by 27 October 2026 at 1030 hours. Technical offers will be opened the same day at 1100 hours. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Eligibility requires firms to be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR, provide valid registration certificates, and submit all required documents including technical specifications, earnest money, and compliance forms. The evaluation will consider firm registration, financial health, past performance, and brand evaluation criteria.
