Supply of PVMS Drugs to Directorate of Procurement (Navy), Islamabad

Delivery is scheduled from 1st July 2027 to 30th June 2028 on a supply order basis. Firms must ensure proper cold chain management for temperature-sensitive items and provide analysis reports and GMP certificates. Evaluation criteria include firm registration with DGDP, financial health, past performance, and brand evaluation based on national ranking and quality. Bidders must submit their proposals in three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. Earnest money must be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt in favor of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi, with amounts varying by firm registration status. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with technical offers evaluated first.
