Supply of PVMS, UN MSN, NIV Medicines, Lab Kits, and Disposables for FY 2026-27

Combined Military Hospital Jhelum invites sealed quotations from well reputed licensed Chemist and Druggist firms for the supply of PVMS, UN MSN, NIV Medicines, Lab Kits, and Disposables for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the medical and surgical supplies required by the hospital located in Jhelum, Punjab. The scope includes a wide range of medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory kits, reagents, and related consumables essential for hospital operations. The technical scope covers supply of medicines with at least 80% remaining shelf life at the time of delivery. Short life medicines will not be accepted. The items include but are not limited to blood warmer tubing systems, epidural sets, laryngeal masks, oxygen masks, catheters, surgical sutures, laboratory reagents, and a comprehensive list of pharmaceutical products. Suppliers must submit separate technical and financial bids in sealed envelopes along with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs 100,000 as earnest money in favor of the Commandant. Other required documents include firm profile, CNIC, drug license, professional tax certificate, NTN certificate, income tax returns, security clearance, and proof of active tax payer status. Eligibility requires firms to be authorized distributors or suppliers with good reputation, sound financial standing, and experience especially with government or army institutions. The hospital reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. The contract may be terminated for breach or poor service. The quoted rates must remain valid for the full financial year 2026-27 and supply must be completed within two weeks of the supply order. Late supply will incur penalties. The closing date and time for submission is **29 June 2026 at 10:30 AM** with bid opening at 11:00 AM on the same day in the Conference Room of CMH Jhelum.
