Supply of Refrigerators (2 to 8C°) Double Door and Single Door

The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) Lahore invites e-bids from vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments/authorities for the supply of refrigerators. Interested bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from the PKLI website and other official portals. The procurement is for two types of refrigerators: - Refrigerator (2 to 8C°) Double Door - Refrigerator (2 to 8C°) Single Door The estimated cost for the double door refrigerator is Rs. 2,891,300 and for the single door refrigerator is Rs. 5,289,667. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted electronically via Punjab e-PS. Bids will be received and opened online on the Punjab e-procurement system. The technical and financial bids will be submitted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of opening. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled on 12-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the conference room of the Supply Chain department at PKLI&RC. Bidders must ensure timely submission of e-bids before the closing date of 21-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
