Tender Description
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and having active PRA status for the Year 2026-27 to bid through E-PADS (v2.0) for hiring services (Electrical & Civil) on a rate contract basis (Closed Framework Agreement). The works involve underground and overhead electrification of new and existing HT/LT systems under the jurisdiction of FESCO Construction Divisions in Faisalabad, Jhang, Sargodha, and Mianwali.
Items being procured:
- Hiring of Electrical & Civil Services through Rate Contract for Construction Division FESCO Faisalabad
- Hiring of Electrical & Civil Services through Rate Contract for Construction Division FESCO Jhang
- Hiring of Electrical & Civil Services through Rate Contract for Construction Division FESCO Sargodha
- Hiring of Electrical & Civil Services through Rate Contract for Construction Division FESCO Mianwali
The technical scope includes electrification works for HT/LT systems, both underground and overhead, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and specifications. Bidders must have PEC Category C4 or above with specialization codes EE-04, EE-05, and CE-10. Bidding documents with detailed eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions are available on the EPADS portal. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 21.10.2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of Project Director (Construction) FESCO, Old Thermal Plant, Abdullahpur, Faisalabad.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, October 26, 2026, at 12:15 PM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Original bid security/guarantee instruments must be submitted before the deadline. Incomplete or conditional bids will be rejected.
