Tender Description

The District & Sessions Court Mardan is procuring a comprehensive range of items including Plant & Machinery, I.T. Equipment, Hardware, Furniture, Law Books, Protective Bags for the Record Room, Stationery, and other general items such as electrification and cleansing materials. This procurement is aimed at supporting the operational and administrative functions of the court in Mardan. The technical scope covers supply and repair services for the listed items, ensuring quality and compliance with the court’s requirements. Suppliers must be original manufacturers, authorized dealers, or distributors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (GST). The procurement process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules 2014. Eligible bidders should have valid FBR registration and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying similar items to government or judicial institutions will be advantageous. Earnest Money in the form of 2% bid security is required. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Additional District & Sessions Judge Mardan upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000. The last date for bid submission is 30th April 2026 by 10:00 AM. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Purchase Committee at the District & Sessions Court Mardan.
