The Higher Education Department Punjab Lahore invites E-Bids on LOT basis from firms, companies, sole proprietors, service providers, manufacturers, authorized dealers, or sellers registered with relevant tax and sales authorities including Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, Excise & Taxation Department Punjab. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Earnest money/security must be submitted as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) at 5% of the estimated price before procurement process initiation.
