Framework Contract for Supply of Various Items for Police Department Lahore Region 2026-27

The Crime Control Department Lahore Region invites E-Bids for a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-27 under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This contract covers the supply of a wide range of items required by the Police Department's Regional Office in Lahore. Items being procured: - Hot & Cold items (01 Million Rs) - Office Stationery (06 Million Rs) - Printing & Publication (05 Million Rs) - Advertisement (02 Million Rs) - Computer Stationery (06 Million Rs) - Miscellaneous and Others/Covid Items (65 Million Rs) - Investigation Crime Scene Items (10 Million Rs) - Sports Items (01 Million Rs) - Beds & Boxes (Purchase) (01 Million Rs) - Tent & Tarpauls including Repair (01 Million Rs) - Road Safety (01 Million Rs) - Repair of Machinery & Equipment (01 Million Rs) - Repair of Furniture Fixture (02 Million Rs) - Plant & Machinery (Purchase) (30 Million Rs) - Furniture & Fixture (Purchase) (30 Million Rs) - Hardware (Purchase) (2.5 Million Rs) - Software (Purchase) (2.5 Million Rs) - POL Charges (Lubricants/Mobil Oil) (25 Million Rs) - Transport Repair (Purchase Batteries, Tyres, Air Filters & Oil Filters) (25 Million Rs) The contract requires bidders to be financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments Punjab, and Professional Tax. Bidding will be conducted electronically through the E-Procurement System. Bidders must submit original bid security of 3% of the estimated cost and comply with all technical and financial requirements as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Earnest Money must be in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Regional Officer CCD Lahore. Performance Guarantee of 10% of contract value is required upon acceptance of tender. Late bids will not be accepted. Bidders should carefully review the detailed conditions and submit bids before the deadline of 12 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
