Procurement of Furniture & Fixtures on Frame Work Contract Basis

The Counter Terrorism Department Punjab Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture and fixtures on a frame work contract basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal www.ep.punjab.gov.pk. This procurement is for the supply of various furniture items required by the department in Lahore. Items being procured: - Computer Chair - File Rack - Office Almirah - Office Chair - Office Table Medium - Office Table Large - Office Table Small - Single Bed - Work Station - Side Table For single bed The total estimated cost for these items is Rs. 25,500,000. The procurement is to be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered firms or sole proprietors with valid registration certificates from Excise & Taxation Department and relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. They must also have a professional tax certificate for FY-2026-27 and be registered on the e-Procurement System. The bidding process requires submission of bid securities electronically at 3% of the estimated amount for each lot. The bids must be submitted online by 14th September 2026 till 2:00 PM, with the opening of bids scheduled for 2:30 PM the same day. Bidders should submit e-bids and samples as per the technical specifications and single stage two envelope procedure. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rules 35 of PPRA 2014. The lowest evaluated bidder will be determined on the cumulative quoted rate of the entire lot/package. Performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value is required under PPRA Rules 2014, Section 56, Chapter VIII. Also, ensure all required documents including tax certificates and bid securities accompany the technical bids to avoid disqualification.
