Supply of Security Paper and Cheque Books for Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir

Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations from printing and sales tax registered and supply firms for procurement of security paper and cheque books. Items being procured: - Security paper from printing press with valid No Objection Certificate for import of security paper from Ministry of Trade and Commerce, Govt of Pakistan - Cheque book with 10 leaves - Cheque book with 25 leaves The procurement is under AIK Public Procurement Rules 2017 using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding process. The bid documents can be obtained upon payment of Rs. 21000 (non-refundable) via Pay Order/Demand Draft/Bankers Cheque in favor of Bank of AJK until 16-09-2026 during working hours. A bid security of Rs. 100000 must be submitted with the bid in the form of CDR/DD/PO or Banker Cheque in the name of Bank of AJK. Incomplete or conditional bids with unauthorized cutting or overwriting will be rejected. A pre-bid meeting will be held in September 2026 at 1:00 PM in the Committee Room of Bank of Azad Jammu Kashmir Head Office Muzaffarabad. Bids must be delivered to Manager Establishment Section, Operations Division, Head Office, Gojra Bypass Road, Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Muzaffarabad AJK by 17-09-2026 at 12:00 PM. The technical bid will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM. Late or conditional bids will not be entertained. Prices must be quoted inclusive of all taxes. Blacklisted firms are prohibited from participation. Bidders must provide an affidavit certifying they are not blacklisted or in conflict with government anywhere in AJK or Pakistan. Evaluation report and contract award will be displayed on the AJK PPRA website. Interested firms should have valid NTN, GST, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR/CBR.
