The procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (amended). Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR and SRB, have NTN and ATL status, and demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant experience with a minimum turnover of PKR 10 million over the last 3-5 years. Bid security of 3% of the total bid value and a tender fee of PKR 2000 are mandatory. The deadline for bid submission is 27th July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 1:00 PM the same day at the Head Office of the Chief Administrator Auqaf Sindh, opposite Session Court Hyderabad.
