303 Spares Depot EME Lahore Cantonment invites bids for the supply of a comprehensive range of spare parts for Mitsubishi L-200 vehicles under IT No 25 B Veh for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through an Open Competitive Bidding process as per PPRA Procurement Rules 2004. Items being procured include a wide variety of spare parts such as Head & Rotor Assembly, Fender Vehicular Right, Trim Left and Right, Propeller Shaft, Ventilator Air Circulating, Shroud Fan Radiator, Brush Set Starter, Clock Digital, Sensor Ambient Temp, Cyl Kit Clutch Master, Stopper Front Suspension Upper Arm, Shock Absorber Rear and Front Suspension, Bushing Rear Suspension Spring Upper and Lower, Pad Brake Pedal, Filter Fuel in Tank, Knob Fr Door Inside Lock, Spring Rear Brake Shoe Hold, Center Bearing Propeller Shaft, Oil Seal Rear Diff Drive Pinion, Nut Fr Wheel Hub, Flange Free Wheel Hub, Relay Starter, Cover Wiper Arm, and many more detailed parts listed in the tender documents. The technical scope requires that all items be brand new or reconditioned as applicable, with country of origin and brand clearly specified. Only ITD approved brands in B Veh category are acceptable. Advance samples must be provided for quality and technical feasibility assessment. Delivery period must be clearly mentioned. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, being a tax filer, and having relevant experience and financial capacity. Bid security of Rs 1.00 Million in the form of CDR is required. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate envelopes following the Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure. Soft copy of commercial offers must be provided on CD. The tender opening is scheduled for 29 September 2026 at 1100 hours for receiving and 1130 hours for opening. Bidders must attend with authority letters. Late bids will not be accepted.
