Supply of Spare Parts for Transport Repair for DPO Office Hunza

The District Police Officer Hunza invites sealed tenders from well reputed registered government firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of spare parts for transport repair for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the DPO Office Hunza located in Hunza, Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Spare Parts of Transport Repair The scope includes supply of quality spare parts suitable for transport repair, ensuring compatibility and durability for police vehicles. The contractor/supplier must have a fully established setup including their own workshop in Hunza, staffed with qualified technical experts and experienced personnel. The supplier must demonstrate substantial relevant experience in similar work and provide documentary evidence supporting the availability of facilities, technical personnel, and past experience. A Bid Security/Call Deposit Receipt equivalent to 2% of the total sanctioned budget must be submitted in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the District Police Officer, Hunza. The Call Deposit of 100,000 PKR is refundable. Only bids submitted by registered firms, dealers, suppliers, or contractors will be considered. The rates for items not covered in the prescribed form shall be determined according to prevailing retail prices in the open market at the time of supply. All applicable taxes shall be included in the bid price. Conditional, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The last date for submission of complete documents and forms is 24-08-2026 by 09:30 AM, with tender opening at 10:30 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted to the undersigned office before the specified closing date and time. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with GB PPRA Rule 36(1).
