Supply of Spare Parts for Two/Four Wheeler Vehicles for Special Protection Unit Gilgit-Baltistan

The Special Protection Unit (SPU) Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed tenders from reputed registered government firms, dealers, suppliers, and contractors for the repair, maintenance, and supply of spare parts for two and four wheeler vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is specifically for the SPU HQ located in Sakwar, Gilgit. Items being procured: - Spare parts of transports (two/four wheeler vehicles) The scope includes supplying genuine spare parts required for the maintenance and repair of SPU vehicles. Contractors or suppliers must have a complete setup, either a shop or workshop, with technical experts and staff, along with vast past experience supported by documentary evidence. The supplier must be a sole proprietor with an established setup in Gilgit-Baltistan and capable of supplying demanded items at SPU HQ Sakwar Gilgit. Bidders must submit a call deposit of Rs. 500,000 along with the technical bid. The bidding documents fee is Rs. 6,000. The call deposit must be in the form of a bank draft or pay order from a scheduled bank in the name of SP SPU HQ Sakwar Gilgit. Only registered firms, dealers, suppliers, or contractors will be entertained. Bank statements for the last year, five years of relevant work experience, and registration certificates must be attached and duly attested. The tender opening will be on 12-08-2026 at 11:30 AM, with submission deadline at 11:00 AM the same day. Interested firms can collect bidding documents from the SP SPU GB office on written request on the firm’s letterhead during office hours, at least one day before the bid opening.
