Supply of Sports Items

The Assistant Director Local Government Quetta is inviting bids from eligible bidders for the supply of sports items. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring transparency and fairness in the process. Items being procured: - Sports Items (Total Item(s) Count: 68) The scope includes the supply of a comprehensive range of 68 sports items. The procurement is intended to support local government sports activities in Quetta, requiring quality materials suitable for active use. Bidders must ensure that all items meet the required standards and specifications as per the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria are stringent. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a total value of PKR 51,485,680 in the previous 3 years. Additionally, they must demonstrate a turnover of at least PKR 45,049,970 in the last 3 subsequent years. Presence in the Active Taxpayer List and possession of a valid Sales Tax Certificate are mandatory. Joint Ventures are not permissible. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The procedure requires submission of a bid security amounting to 3% of the bid value in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents including the NIT and bidding documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically only via the supplier dashboard by 13 August 2026 at 09:30 AM. Tender opening will occur the same day at 10:30 AM on the EPPS system.
