The Government of the Punjab Services & General Administration Department (Procurement & Transport Wing) Lahore invites E-Bids on the e-Procurement system for the Financial Year 2026-27 from registered firms, sole proprietors, and service providers engaged in trading and registered with relevant tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. The procurement covers multiple heads of account with separate contracts awarded for each head. Items being procured: - Stationary (Multiple quantity) - Computer Stationary - Printing & Publication - Others - Purchase of Plant & Machinery - Purchase of Furniture & Fixture - Purchase of Hardware - Purchase of Software - Purchase of I.T. Equipment The estimated procurement amounts range from Rs. 110,000 to Rs. 1,200,000 per head with fixed bid securities from Rs. 3,300 to Rs. 36,000. Bidders must submit E-bids accompanied by a Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost via Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical submission of bid securities such as CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft is not accepted. The rates of goods/items must remain valid until 30th June 2027. The procurement is for supply as and when required during the financial year and subject to fund availability. All bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk by 06 October 2026 at 02:30 PM, with bid opening at 03:00 PM the same day.
