Supply of Stationary and Cost of Store Items for Senior Civil Judge Criminal Division Gujranwala

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Criminal Division) Gujranwala invites E-Bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well reputed firms, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers with prior experience and valid registrations including Sales Tax, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments for the current Financial Year 2026-27 (up to 30.06.2027). The procurement is for Stationary and Cost of Store Items required by the office. Items being procured: - Stationary (Amount Rs. 6,174,000/- with 5% Bid Security Rs. 308,700/-) - Cost of Store (Amount Rs. 2,664,000/- with 5% Bid Security Rs. 133,200/-) The total estimated cost is Rs. 8,838,000/- with a total bid security of Rs. 441,900/-. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) before the closing date of 02.11.2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M. in the office of the Senior Civil Judge, Criminal Division Gujranwala. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Rule 38(1) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. All rates must include GST/PST and remain valid until 30.06.2027. A refundable call deposit/CDR/security of 5% of the estimated amount must be deposited in favor of the Senior Civil Judge one day before the bid submission deadline. The successful bidder will also provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order. A minimum warranty period of one year including free replacement, free service, and maintenance during the warranty period is required. Relevant tax registration certificates must be attached with the E-Bid. Selected firms must supply the items within 10 days after issuance of the supply order. The procurement is governed by prevailing PPRA Rules 2014. The Senior Civil Judge reserves the right to enhance quantities or reject bids as per PPRA rules.
