Supply of Stationary and Cost of Store Items for Senior Civil Judge (Criminal Division) Gujranwala

The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Criminal Division) Gujranwala invites e-bids under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 from well reputed firms, authorized distributors, dealers, or suppliers with prior experience in the relevant field and valid registration with Sales Tax, Income Tax, Professional Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments for the current Financial Year 2026-27 (up to 30.06.2027). Items being procured: - Stationary worth Rs. 6,174,000/- - Cost of Store items worth Rs. 2,664,000/- The procurement covers supply of stationary and cost of store items for the office of the Senior Civil Judge (Criminal Division) Gujranwala. Bidders must submit their proposals electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) before the closing date of 02.11.2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 A.M. in the office of the Senior Civil Judge, Criminal Division Gujranwala. The bidding procedure follows the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. All rates should include GST/PST and be valid until 30.06.2027. A call deposit/security of 5% of the estimated amount is required, refundable and to be deposited one day before bid submission deadline. Successful bidders will also provide a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value. The contract includes a minimum one-year warranty period with free replacement, service, and maintenance.
