Supply of Bitumen (Grades 60/70 & 80/100) to All Zones

National Logistics Corporation (NLC) invites sealed bids under a Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure for the supply of Bitumen Grades 60/70 and 80/100 to all zones. The procurement is aimed at sourcing quality bitumen from manufacturers to meet the corporation's operational requirements across various locations. Items being procured: - Bitumen Grade 60/70 - Bitumen Grade 80/100 Bidders must submit their financial proposals in a single sealed envelope clearly marked as 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL'. The tender submission deadline is 26 October 2026 by 1100 hours at the NLC Headquarters located on Harding Road, Rawalpindi. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 19 October 2026 at 1230 hours in the Support Branch Conference Room at HQ NLC, Harding Road, Rawalpindi. This meeting will address any queries and provide clarifications regarding the bidding process and technical requirements. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 and a tender fee of Rs. 2,000 must accompany the technical offer, payable to the National Logistics Corporation HQ Main Account.
