A performa invoice of principals abroad must be attached with the official in FOR, DG Khan. The validity of quoted rates should be for 120 days from the date of opening. A 5% earnest money should be enclosed along with the quotation in the shape of deposit-at-call in favour of Head LAO, P.O Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan. Quotations will not be entertained without earnest money. Tenders will be received up to 1430 hours on the due dates mentioned: 10-11-2026 for tenders 01/2026-27, 02/2026-27, 03/2026-27 and 17-11-2026 for tenders 04/2026-27, 05/2026-27. Opening will be at 1500 hours on the same dates in the presence of participants who wish to attend. Quotations should be sent in sealed cover to Administrator, P.O Box No.77, Dera Ghazi Khan through Post/UMS or authorized courier service. Hand delivery is not accepted. The envelope should be clearly subscribed with Tender No. and due date.
