Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery & Other Miscellaneous Items for Petroleum Division

The Ministry of Energy, Petroleum Division (Policy Wing) Islamabad invites reputable firms and agencies to submit proposals for the supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery & Other Miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the E-PADS portal of PPRA using a single stage single envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Other Miscellaneous items Bidders must provide proof of registration and mention NIT/General Sales Tax numbers issued by the Income Tax/Sales Tax Departments on E-PADS. Original documents must be submitted to the procuring agency before the closing time of bid submission, failing which bids will be rejected. Only Federal registered bidders on E-PADS (v.2.0) are eligible to apply. All electronic bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order Guarantee in favor of Drawing & Disbursing Officer (DDO) Policy Wing amounting to Rs. 214,500/- (non-refundable). Scanned copies of bid security must be uploaded on E-PADS and original bid security submitted before closing time. Bids will be opened in the office of the Director (Admin), 2nd Floor Petroleum House, Ataturk Avenue, G-5/2 Islamabad on 02-11-2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue. Rates without GST will be considered and shall be valid up to 30-06-2027. Interested bidders should carefully prepare their bids with item-wise rates in Pakrupees and submit them clearly.
