Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery and Miscellaneous Items for Financial Year 2026-2027

The National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) Islamabad invites bids from well reputed authorized contractors, suppliers, dealers, firms, and companies registered with GST/NTN and active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List. The procurement is for Stationery, Computer Stationery, and Miscellaneous Items for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Miscellaneous Items The procurement will be conducted as per PPRA Rules through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS). Delivery will be made on a purchaser’s site basis. Interested firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and active on taxpayer lists may upload their bids along with the required bid money by 11:00 a.m. on 28-07-2026. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:45 a.m. The bidding documents containing detailed tender terms, conditions, and specifications can be downloaded free of cost from the PPRA website and uploaded on EPADS. A bid security of 1.5% of the bid amount is required, refundable, in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of DDO NACTA. Bidders must upload a scanned copy of the earnest money online on EPADS and submit the original. Bidders who have defaulted on contracts awarded by NACTA or any other government entity or have not fulfilled contractual obligations are not eligible to participate. Compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 (amended) is mandatory throughout the bidding process.
