The Postgraduate Institute of Allied Health Sciences Faisalabad invites bids on F.O.R. basis from well reputed firms registered with sales tax and active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue for the purchase of stationery, computer stationery, printing and other related items through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - Printing & Others Bidders can download the bidding documents containing item specifications, quantities, and terms & conditions from the official websites https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The bidding will be conducted through Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38 (A-I) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). All procurements will be made using electronic means through Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 6 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2024. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5% of the estimated price of the quoted items for the financial year 2026-2027. Failure to submit the bid security will result in rejection of the bid. The successful bidder will submit the 5% performance guarantee. Bidders are advised to carefully read the bidding documents and submit proposals as per instructions and Performa given. Failure to comply will result in rejection. The procuring agency reserves the right to reduce or increase quantities subject to PPRA rules.
