Supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery, IT Equipment, Computer Hardware, Software, Furniture and Fixture Items

The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (Information and Broadcasting Division) Islamabad is inviting sealed bids from well reputed firms including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers for the supply of various office and IT related items. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad office and aims to equip the department with essential stationery, IT hardware, software, and furniture to support its operations effectively. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - IT Equipment - Computer Hardware - Software - Miscellaneous store items - Furniture and fixture items The scope of this procurement covers a wide range of materials and equipment necessary for the smooth functioning of the Ministry's offices. The items include general stationery and computer-related stationery, various IT equipment and hardware, software solutions, as well as furniture and fixtures to furnish the office spaces. The procurement will ensure that all items meet the required standards and specifications as per the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess a valid National Tax Number, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Firms must comply with the criteria outlined in the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. This ensures that only qualified and compliant suppliers participate in the tender process. Interested bidders can purchase the complete set of bidding documents from the office of the undersigned on any working day upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000. The bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding instructions and submitted to the office of the undersigned (EPADS) by **24 July 2026 till 11:00 pm**. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
