Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTV) invites sealed bids from well reputed firms including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers for the supply of various items required at PTV Headquarters Office, PTV News, Pakistan TV, ETV Centre (PTV Home), PTV Sports, PTV Global, PTV Drama & Film Academy, all Provincial Centres including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan, Muzaffarabad, and Rebroadcast Stations (RBSs) for the Financial Year 2026-2027 on an as and when required basis. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - IT Equipment - Computer Hardware - Software - Engineering Store - Production Store - Miscellaneous Store - Furniture & Fixture Items The scope covers supply of these items across multiple locations including major cities and provincial centers, ensuring availability for PTV's diverse operational needs. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess a valid National Tax Number, and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is mandatory. Interested bidders may purchase the complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions from the office of the Head of Procurement on any working day after publication of this notice. The bid document fee is Rs. 15,000/- non-refundable, payable via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC). Submission of this fee is a prerequisite for bid eligibility. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and submitted electronically via EPADS-2.0 portal by 3:00 pm on September 10, 2026. Bid opening will occur the same day at 3:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
