Supply of Stationery Items by Natural Calamities & Other Disaster Establishment Quetta

The Natural Calamities & Other Disaster (Establishment) invites bids from eligible bidders for supply of stationery items in Quetta under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. This procurement requires bidders to be registered with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA GOB and to submit a tender fee of 1000 PKR along with a bid security of 2% of the bid value. Items being procured: - Stationery (Total Item(s) Count: 44) The bidding firm must have 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity with a minimum turnover of 1,650,000 PKR in the previous 3 years. The firm must be present in the Active Tax Payer List and hold a Sales Tax Certificate. Joint ventures are not permissible. Submission of the required bid security is mandatory; failure to provide it will result in disqualification. Bidders must also submit a delivery date affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper, duly notarized, confirming the bid information. Any forged documents will lead to blacklisting and forfeiture of guarantees.
