Supply of Stationery Items for National Highway Authority Balochistan North Region Quetta

National Highway Authority (NHA) Balochistan North Region Quetta invites sealed bids from well reputed NTN/GST registered active firms with sufficient experience for the supply of requisite stationery and allied items. The quoted rates will remain valid up to June 30, 2027 for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Requisite Stationery and Allied Items as per detailed specifications in bidding documents The bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms and conditions, and proposed quantities (on as and when required basis) can be downloaded from the NHA website www.nha.gov.pk or obtained from the office of Deputy Director (Admn) NHA Quetta during office hours upon submission of a written request on firm's letterhead along with a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 1000/- in favor of General Manager (Balochistan North) National Highway Authority, Quetta. Bids shall be submitted in a single stage two envelope procedure, duly sealed and signed, clearly marked for its purpose. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 50,000/- in the form of a pay order in the name of General Manager (Balochistan North) NHA, Quetta. Bids along with requisite samples must reach the office of Deputy Director (Admn) NHA Quetta by October 29, 2026 at 1400 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Firms are advised to register on the EPADS (PPRA) portal www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately as manual bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements.
