The supply will be made on an as-and-when-required basis during the contract period against duly issued Purchase Orders by the Procuring Agency. The contract period is one year from the date specified in the Contract Agreement or Letter of Acceptance. Bidders must submit a Bid Security of 1% of the estimated tender value amounting to Rs. 99,000 in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of the Chief Commissioner, Large Taxpayers Office Lahore. Original CDR and samples of the quoted stationery items must be submitted to the Procurement Committee on or before 20.10.2026 at 10:00 a.m. Failure to submit these will render the bid technically non-responsive. The bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal by 20.10.2026 up to 11:00 a.m. The bids will be opened and announced on 22.10.2026 up to 04:00 p.m. on the EPADS portal.
