Tender Description
The Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment, located in Islamabad Capital Territory, is procuring a comprehensive range of stationery, miscellaneous items, and toners for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement covers a wide variety of goods including printer papers, ballpoint pens, file covers, envelopes, correction pens, staplers, markers, flags, calculators, and many other office essentials. Additionally, miscellaneous items such as air fresheners, dusters, electric kettles, tea sets, USB drives, locks, and cleaning supplies are included. The toners required are genuine and authorized for various printer models including HP, Xerox, and Epson. The procurement is planned to be executed through the National Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
The technical scope demands high-quality materials and genuine products, especially for toners which require direct authorization from manufacturers like HP.
