Tender Description
The Capital Metro Police Operation Government Peshawar is procuring stationery and office equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is announced under tender number AOII/LCB/6-11/2026 and will be conducted through an electronic bidding and e-auction process via the official Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government portal.
Items being procured:
- Stationery items
- Office equipment
The procurement scope includes supply of all required stationery and office equipment to the Capital Metro Police Operation in Peshawar. The tender emphasizes the use of anti-sniping software for the e-auction and requires bidders to submit their bids online before the deadline. The procurement process is governed by the rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA).
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and non-filers will be subject to a 20% deduction while filers will have a 10% deduction as per government rules. The tender also requires a 5% earnest money deposit and a 45% payment upon delivery with the remaining 50% after successful completion of the contract period ending in 2026. Bidders should ensure their technical and financial bids are complete and submitted on time.
The tender documents can be accessed online, and the last date for bid submission is 12 August 2026 by 4:00 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully review the e-bidding instructions and ensure compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
A practical tip for bidders is to familiarize themselves thoroughly with the e-auction platform and anti-sniping software to avoid last-minute technical issues that could affect their bid submission.
