Supply of Stationery and Office Equipment for Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department Punjab

The Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department Punjab invites bids for the supply of stationery and office equipment in Lahore. The procurement includes multiple lots of items essential for departmental use. Items being procured: - Stationery (Lot 1) quantity 6,107,000 - Printing 5,669,000 - Cost & Other 4,055,000 - Computer & Stationery 5,662,000 - Other 5,887,000 - Envelopes, Infant & Gift 7,500,000 - Purchase of Furniture 2,000,000 - Purchase of Machinery 2,500,000 - Purchase of IT Equipment 10,000,000 Bidders must submit a single package containing separate Technical and Financial bids, completed, signed, and stamped in conformity with the Tender Document along with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 5% of the estimated price as earnest money before the bid opening date. The price quoted shall be inclusive of all installation and commissioning costs. Brand new and original goods as per specifications must be supplied and installed within 15 days from the date of purchase. The earnest money/security shall stand forfeited if the firm backs out. The complete e-bids must be submitted online on the Procurement System website https://punjab.procure.gov.pk. The e-bid submission deadline is 07 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in an envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title before the submission deadline at the Section Officer (General) Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.
