Supply of Stationery, Panaflex, Illumination, Street Light Material, Plants Grass Carpet, Food Items, and Repair & Maintenance Services for District Council Multan

District Council Multan invites e-bids from contractors and firms registered with PPRA for the supply of various goods and services based on Pakistan Engineering Council codes for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for multiple items and services to be delivered on a daily rental or work order basis in Multan. Items being procured: - Supply of stationery and other accessories (Rs. 3,900,000) - Supply of panaflex, steamer, sweet, gift & flags (Rs. 9,550,000) - Supply of illumination for government building on daily rental basis (Rs. 2,860,000) - Supply and fixing including loading & unloading of tentage materials, generator beam lights on daily rental basis (Rs. 19,800,000) - Supply of electricity street light material (Rs. 5,800,000) - Supply of plants grass carpet, gross loss & excavation (Rs. 5,800,000) - Supply of food items on national days, religious events, flood emergency (Rs. 11,600,000) - Repair & maintenance of water pumps, motors, generators, vehicles, batteries, de-watering set & canvas pipe (Rs. 5,800,000) The scope includes supply and maintenance of materials and services for District Council Multan. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website and submit bids electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately. Bid security is required as per the listed amounts for each item. The lowest bidder must deposit a CDR or bank guarantee of 10% as performance guarantee within 15 days after bid opening.
