Supply of Stationery, Printing, Furniture, Machinery and IT Equipment for Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department Lahore

The Law and Parliamentary Affairs Department, Government of the Punjab, Lahore, invites bids for the supply of various goods including stationery, printing, furniture, machinery, and IT equipment. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the department's operational needs with brand new and original goods as per specifications. Equipment (Lot 2) The scope includes supplying and installing the goods at the Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department, Civil Secretariat, Lahore, within 15 days from the date of Purchase Order. The price quoted must be all-inclusive, covering installation and commissioning. Bidders must submit a single package containing separate Technical and Financial bids, completed, signed, and stamped in conformity with the Tender Document, along with a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as bid security. Eligibility requires bidders to be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or sellers engaged in trading, registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments/Authorities (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Earnest money of 5% of the estimated price must be submitted as CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of the Section Officer (General), Law & Parliamentary Affairs Department.
