Supply of Stationery, Toners and Other Store Items

The University of Education, Lahore invites e-procurement bids under PPRA Rules on a LOT Wise Basis for the supply of stationery, toners, and other store items. This tender is open to firms, companies, and sole proprietors engaged in trading and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax & Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Stationery Items (Estimated Cost: Rs. 255,650) - Printer Toners (Rs. 619,500) - Photocopier Toners (Rs. 262,500) - Cleaning Items (Rs. 385,250) - Other Store Items (Rs. 427,550) - Electrical Items (Rs. 362,000) - Crockery Items (Rs. 156,600) - Batteries (Rs. 618,000) The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014. Bidders must be registered and comply with all terms and conditions available under Rule 25 at PPRA and EPADS websites. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The bidder must upload a duly signed Affidavit on prescribed Stamp Paper along with bid documents on the Punjab e-Procurement System. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to request the original Affidavit for physical verification if deemed necessary. Bid validity is 90 days. The closing date for submission is 24th September 2026 at 10:00 AM, with the opening of bids scheduled for 24th September 2026 at 10:30 AM.
