Supply of Steel Wire Rope Flexible 16mm, 5 Sooter for PMDC Collieries Sor Range Quetta

The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of Steel Wire Rope Flexible 16mm, 5 Sooter for its Collieries Sor Range located in Quetta. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure through the EPADS v2.0 e-procurement system. Items being procured: - Steel Wire Rope Flexible 16mm, 5 Sooter, total estimated quantity 60,000 feet to be supplied on an as and when required basis over one year - Monthly delivery schedule of 5,000 feet with delivery periods ranging from 30 to 360 days The successful bidder will be required to deliver the requested quantity within two calendar days from receipt of each supply requisition. Delivery and placement of material will be at the designated store/site of Sor Range, Quetta, at the supplier's own cost and risk. The quoted rates shall remain firm and fixed for one year from the date of contract issuance and apply to all supplies during the contract period.
