Supply of Stone Seed, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Farm Machinery and Fencing Material for Agriculture Department Diamer

The Agriculture Department Diamer invites sealed tenders from relevant suppliers and contractors for the supply of essential agricultural inputs to the District Diamer, specifically in Chilas. Items being procured: - Supply of Stone Seed & Root Stock (Lot A) - Supply of Fertilizers (Chemical, FYM), Pesticides, Insecticides, Weedicides & Mulching Material (Lot B) - Supply of Tool Implements, Farm Mini Machinery, Equipment and Fencing Material (Lot C) Tender documents containing detailed specifications, quantities, terms and conditions are available from the date of publication during working hours 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the office of the Deputy Director Agriculture Diamer Chilas. Tender documents will be issued upon receipt of the bid document fee of Rs 4,000 per lot in cash. Sealed quotations must reach the office by 3rd November 2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility requires registered firms or suppliers with up-to-date renewal from relevant competent authorities. Income tax and other duties will be deducted as per government rules. Supply orders will be issued based on fund availability, with quoted rates valid until 30th June 2027. Quotations must be accompanied by a 3% Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the total offered bid amount from a scheduled bank or KCBL as bid security in favor of the Deputy Director Agriculture Diamer. Unrealistic bids will be rejected. The procurement will follow a single stage one envelope procedure. The committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per GBPPRA rules. Bidders may quote for one or multiple lots; evaluation and awards will be on a lot basis.
