Supply of Stores, Equipment and Services by Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites qualified firms to submit tenders for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Bahria Gate, Naval Residential Complex, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The tender documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope containing three sealed envelopes: one for the Technical Offer in duplicate, one for Earnest Money, and one for the Commercial Offer. The Technical Offer must include various forms such as DP-1, DP-2, DP-3, manufacturer authorization letters, price lists, DGDP registration letters, tax proofs, and affidavits for provisional registration if applicable. Earnest Money must be submitted separately as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of CMA (DP), Rawalpindi. The Commercial Offer should clearly indicate prices in figures and words, including taxes, duties, freight, insurance, and other charges. Eligibility criteria include registration with DGDP, compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024), and submission of all required documents. Firms must be registered or willing to register with DGDP to qualify. The tender validity period is 120 days from the date of opening of the Commercial Offer or 30th June, whichever is later. Tender submissions must reach the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) by the specified date and time in the Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). Late submissions will not be entertained. Only legitimate and registered representatives of firms are allowed to attend the tender opening. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all technical and commercial documents are properly sealed and clearly marked as per instructions to avoid rejection.
