Supply of Stores/Equipment/Services by Directorate of Procurement (Navy)

This procurement is managed through sealed envelopes containing technical and commercial offers. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The tender requires submission of technical offers in duplicate, including documents such as Bank Challan, Principal Authorization Letter, Principal Invoice (muted without price), DP-1 and DP-2 Forms of IT with compliance remarks, Technical Offer/Specs, Annexes of IT, DGDP Registration Letter, Income Tax and Sales Tax registration proofs, CEO Name & CNIC, OEM Certificate of Conformance, Country of Origin, and Affidavit/Undertaking for provisional registration if unregistered. Earnest Money must be submitted in a separate sealed envelope. Commercial offers must include the firm's commercial offer, principal invoice, and duly filled DP-2 Form of IT. Eligibility requires firms to be registered or willing to register with DGDP, possess requisite technical and financial capability, and comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024). Earnest money and bid security must conform to tender conditions. Tender documents must reach the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) by the specified date and time in the Schedule to Tender. Late submissions will not be entertained. Tender opening dates will be intimated later, and only legitimate registered representatives may attend.
