Pre-Qualification for Repair, Maintenance and Material Supply Works at GE (Army) Comd & Staff College Quetta

Applications are invited for pre-qualification of contractors and firms by GE (Army) Comd & Staff College Quetta for various repair, maintenance, and material supply works. The procurement is specific to Quetta and involves multiple contracts with a total approximate cost of Rs. 50 Million, with each contract concluding around Rs. 4 Million. Items being procured: - Repair / Maintenance / Miscellaneous Works at C&SC Quetta - Material for Bazar Supply B&R (Local Items) at C&SC Quetta - Material for Bazar Supply B&R (Sanitary Items) at C&SC Quetta - Material for Bazar Supply E&M (Electrical Supply Items) at C&SC Quetta - Material for Bazar Supply E&M (Water & Sui Gas Supply Items) at C&SC Quetta - TC E&M Internal / External Electrical Supply Items in E&M Sub Division under GE (A) C&SC Quetta Cantt (10 contracts) - TC E&M for Internal / External Water & Sui Gas Supply Items in E&M Sub Division under GE (A) C&SC Quetta (10 contracts) - TC B&R for Minor / Maintenance / Deposit Works excluding Mud Plastering of MES Regulations in B&R Sub Division under GE (A) C&SC Quetta Cantt (15 contracts) - DC B&R for Periodical Services including Mud Plastering in Table 'F' of MES Regulations in B&R Sub Division under GE (A) C&SC Quetta (15 contracts) The scope covers repair, maintenance, and supply of various materials including electrical, sanitary, water, and gas supply items. Contractors enlisted with MES in Category 'E' (Rs. 150,000) and above are eligible to apply. Contractors enlisted with other departments such as central/provincial PWD, KDA, CDA, PWR, WAPDA may also apply if approved and provide enlistment documents. Non-enlisted contractors must deposit Rs. 150,000 as earnest money. Tender submissions must be in two envelopes: one containing the priced tender and the other containing priced BQs, both duly sealed. Tender documents and conditions can be examined or obtained from the office of the undersigned. Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council will not be considered. Firms not on the approved MES list must provide certificates of works executed in the last two years. Tenders must be quoted on MES Schedule of Rates 2025. The deadline for submission is by 1130 hrs on 09 October 2026, with opening at 1200 hrs the same day at the office of GE (A) C&SC Quetta. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and submit all required enlistment and experience certificates along with earnest money to avoid disqualification.
