Tender Description
The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Islamabad invites bids for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) located at Naval Residential Complex E-8, Islamabad.

The tender requires submission of three sealed envelopes: one containing the technical offer in duplicate, one with earnest money, and one with the commercial offer. The technical offer must include documents such as bank challan, principal authorization letter, principal invoice (muted without price), DP-1 and DP-2 forms of IT with compliance remarks, annexes of IT, DGDP registration letter if applicable, income tax and sales tax registration proofs, CEO name and CNIC, OEM certificate of conformance, country of origin, and affidavit of provisional registration on judicial stamp paper.
Eligibility criteria include registration or willingness to register with DGDP, compliance with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Revised 2024), and submission of earnest money as per specified rates. The tender validity period is 120 days from the date of opening of commercial/financial proposals or 30th June whichever is later.
Tender documents must reach the Directorate by the specified date and time in the Schedule to Tender. Late submissions will not be entertained. Tender opening will be conducted as per schedule with commercial offers opened only if technical offers are found acceptable.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure that earnest money is submitted in a separate envelope and not inside the technical or commercial offers to avoid rejection. Also, confirm receipt of tender documents by contacting the Directorate at the provided phone numbers well before the opening date.
