Procurement of Air-to-Water Chiller for Hydronic Thermal Radiant System for Low-Cost Air Conditioning in Buildings

The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, through its Infragreen-Hydronic Thermal Radiant System for Low-Cost Air Conditioning in Buildings, invites sealed bids for the procurement of an Air-to-Water Chiller specifically designed for hydronic thermal radiant systems to provide low-cost air conditioning in buildings. Items being procured: - Air-Cooled Air-to-Water Chiller / Reversible Air-to-Water Heat Pump with storage tank (Quantity: 1 unit) - Circulation Pump for 1 HP (0.75KW) 3-phase with VFD and double timer hydronic cooling controller - Circulation Pump 0.10 to 0.25 HP 1-phase, max flow 52 l/min for chiller water tank to chiller heat exchanger - Other accessories including PPRC pipe with Aero flex insulation and tapping, gate valve, strainer, I Type Thermometer (Line in & out), clamping and related materials The chiller must have a minimum rated cooling capacity of 4 TR, use environmentally preferable refrigerants such as R32 or R410A, and be suitable for outdoor installation with reliable operation under high ambient temperatures up to 45°C. The system should include integrated microprocessor/digital controls with communication interfaces like Modbus RS-485 or BACnet for future IoT/BMS integration. A minimum one-year comprehensive warranty is required, with local technical support and spare parts availability in Pakistan preferred. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess valid NTN and GST certificates, and demonstrate technical compliance with the specifications.
