Supply of Stores, Equipment and Services by Directorate of Procurement (Navy) Through Bahria Gate

The Directorate of Procurement (Navy) invites qualified firms to tender for the supply of stores, equipment, and services as detailed in the attached Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). This procurement is managed through Bahria Gate, near SNIDS Centre, Naval Residential Complex. The tender requires submission of three sealed envelopes: Technical Offer in Duplicate, Earnest Money, and Commercial Offer. Items being procured: - Stores - Equipment - Services The technical offer must include documents such as Bank Challan for DGDP registered firms, DP-1 and DP-2 forms with compliance remarks, Annexes A, B & C of DP-2, Manufacturer Authorization letter and Price list where applicable, DGDP Registration Letter, and Tax Filing Proof. Earnest Money must be submitted separately. The commercial offer should contain the firm's commercial offer, principal invoice, and duly filled DP-2 form. Bidders must comply with PPRA Rules 2004 and DPP&I-35 (Edition 2024). Firms should be registered or willing to register with DGDP and possess requisite technical and financial capabilities. Tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked and addressed to the Directorate of Procurement (Navy) through Bahria Gate. Tender submission deadline and opening dates are specified in the Schedule to Tender (Form DP-2). Late submissions will not be entertained. Validity of quotations must be 120 days from the date of commercial offer opening. Earnest Money and Bid Security requirements apply as per tender conditions.
