Tender Description
Model Institute for State Children (ZamungKor), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids on Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from well reputed suppliers as per KPPRA rules 2014 for the provision of M&E items for establishment of new campuses under the ADP scheme 250708-Establishment of New Campuses of Model Institute for State Children (ZamungKor) (including Girls Campuses) at Central Division (01), Northern Division (01) & Southern Division (03) in Peshawar.
Items being procured:
- M&E items for new campuses at Central Division (01)
- M&E items for new campuses at Northern Division (01)
- M&E items for new campuses at Southern Division (03)
The procurement covers supply of mechanical and electrical equipment necessary for the establishment of these campuses. Bidders must have valid active Sales Tax/Income Tax registration and be registered with KPRA. Tender documents can be downloaded from the EPAD system upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000 by Bank Draft in favor of the Director, Model Institute for State Children ZamungKor.
The last date for bid submission is 16-10-2026 at 11:00 am, with bids opening at 11:30 am on the same day in the Committee Room of Model Institute for State Children (ZamungKor), Peshawar. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security @ 2% of the Price Bid in the form of Bank Draft. The quoted prices shall remain valid until 30th June 2027. Bidders must upload their Technical and Financial proposals in PDF format on the EPAD system.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per KPPRA rules. Tender advertisement and documents are also available on the ZamungKor Peshawar website: www.zamungkor.org.pk.
