Supply of Surgical Dressings to Emergency Services Department Punjab

The Emergency Services Department Punjab invites bids from local manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals for the supply of surgical dressings. Items being procured: - Cotton Bandages BPC 10 cm X 6 meters (150,000 units) - Crepe Bandage Size 04 inches x 4.5 meters (125,000 units) - Sterilized Gauze Pieces 10cm*10cm*8PLY, 1 box having 10 packs and each pack having 2 sub packs of 5 gauze pieces (26,000 boxes) - Surgical hypoallergenic latex-free breathable paper tape 2.5 cm x 5 yards (58,000 units) - Cotton Roll (500 gm) (14,000 units) - Alcohol Swabs (Boxes) pack of 200 (2,500 units) - Cotton Bandages BPC 6.5 cm x 8 meters (200,000 units) The bidding process will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Complete bids along with required documents must be submitted electronically by 26-09-2026 up to 10:00 am, with opening at 10:30 am on the same day. Bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically. No physical financial instruments will be accepted.
