Supply of Survey Equipment for Water and Agriculture Division NESPAK Lahore

The National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) (W & A Division) Lahore invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced suppliers for the supply of advanced Survey Equipment for the Water and Agriculture Division. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P138117. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured include: - GNSS Base x Rover setup - GNSS Base x Rover setup integrated with SLAM and Sounding Equipment (i-boat) - UAV Equipment & Quadcopter - GNSS Radio & Controller for Rover - GNSS controller for Base & Dry Batteries - Rover Poles & GNSS Sensor batteries The equipment specifications are detailed and include multi-constellation GNSS receivers with high-precision static and RTK positioning capabilities, ruggedized Android controllers with integrated cameras and laser measurement, UHF radios with long-range communication, survey poles, batteries, chargers, and carrying cases. The UAV and Quadcopter systems include advanced flight planning, high-resolution cameras, and extended flight times. The SLAM system and sounding equipment (i-boat) are also included with detailed technical specifications. Suppliers must be authorized distributors/dealers with valid OEM authorization letters, maintain adequate stock/inventory in Pakistan, and have fully operational workshops for after-sales services including repairs, maintenance, calibration, and technical support. A minimum of 20 years of verifiable experience in GNSS equipment is required. NESPAK reserves the right to request demonstrations (DEMOs) of quoted items at specified times and locations. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest Money of 5% of the quoted price is required in the form of Pay Order/CDR/Bank Draft submitted physically before the bid deadline. Payment will be made within four weeks of supply of approved stock. Warranty period is three years or as per OEM terms. Bidders must attach GST and NTN certificates. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules. Repeat orders may be placed within six months. Suppliers may offer better/higher models at the same price during the bid validity period.
