Supply of T-Shirts & Trophies for International Islamic University Islamabad

International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) invites electronic bids (E-bids) through the Electronic Procurement and Advertisement System (EPADS) from eligible suppliers and contractors registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for the supply of T-Shirts and Trophies for IIUI. Items being procured: - T-Shirts - Trophies Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions and the method of procurement can be downloaded from the IIUI website https://www.iiu.edu.pk/, the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk, or EPADS https://eprocure.gov.pk/. A pay order of Rs. 5000/- may be attached in favor of IIU General Services and Misc Income Account #5963-5002471381 (Bank Alfalah). Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and include Bid Security/Earnest Money of 2% of the total bid value in the form of a bank draft or pay order drawn in favor of International Islamic University Islamabad. Bids must reach the office of the undersigned by October 12, 2026 (Monday) at 10:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives via EPADS only. Only bids submitted on EPADS will be entertained for consideration and evaluation. As per PPRA Rules 33(1), 2004, IIUI reserves the right to reject any or all E-Bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS submission process and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Ensuring the earnest money is correctly attached and bids comply with all requirements will improve chances of success.
