Purchase of Other General, Electric, Carpenter, Sanitary and Paint Items

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore invites bids for the purchase of Other General, Electric, Carpenter, Sanitary and Paint Items for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under PPRA Rules 2004, 36 (a) Single Stage One Envelope Procedure. Bidders must submit their bids exclusively through EPADS v2.0, and only bids received via this platform will be considered and evaluated on an item-wise basis. Items being procured: - Other General Items - Electric Items - Carpenter Items - Sanitary Items - Paint Items Authorized agents, distributors, manufacturers, and general order suppliers are eligible to participate. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. An earnest money of 3% amounting to Rs. 150,000/- (refundable) is required in the form of CDR, demand draft, or pay order in favor of Additional Director (Admn) NAB Lahore. This must reach NAB Complex, Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore before the tender opening; otherwise, bids will be rejected. Tender documents and bidding details can be downloaded from EPADS v2.0, PPRA, and NAB websites. The successful technically qualified bidder(s) will supply the items to NAB Lahore throughout the financial year 2026-27 as per the specifications in the bidding documents. Any changes in rates or quality after approval will not be accepted. Bidders must clearly mention brand names and rates including all applicable taxes for each item. Samples of quoted items are mandatory to provide on or before the closing date. The NAB Lahore reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under the provisions of PPRA rules. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is available on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders should ensure timely submission through EPADS by 09-10-2026 at 1100 hours. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
